2. How does the CranePlus.com site works?
→ Please refer to the detailed “How it Works” section of the website which clearly defines individual business process workflows.
3. Do I need to register before I can Transact Online?
→ Yes, you will have to register yourself or your Company before initiating any transaction. If you are Owner/Trader/Agent it is a mandate to register with us. You should also verify your Mobile No. It helps us to service you more effectively.
→ However, you need not register if you just want to search for Cranes, Crane Parts, Man / Boom Lift & Forklift or browse through their specifications and a lot of other things.
4. How do I upload my equipment?
→ “Add Equipment” option is available on the Upper Right Hand Side” tab which shows on the dashboard when you are logged in as the “Equipment Owner”. All you need to do is fill out a pre-defined form regarding the equipment and its other details. Attach an Image of the product (if available). Once you click submit button, it will be added to the product catalogue.
5. What happens if an item I am searching for is unavailable?
→ In case an item is unavailable our customer support team will source it for you. You are welcome to write or call our customer support team.
6. Do you limit the number of equipment I can sell/hire?
→ No, you can feature as many equipment you want, in our site to sell/hire.
7. I need support with my purchase - who should I contact?
→ You can contact our customer support team and they will be more than eager to help you out.
8. Is CranePlus secure?
→ Yes, we utilize the latest technology to secure your transactions. We take special care to ensure that your data and transactions are completely secured.
9. What if my machine is already on Rent? Can I still add it?
→ Yes, you can - in that case you can add it to add my equipment as a one-time exercise and keep the rental and sale tab "off". Till you switch on these buttons, your asset will not reflect on any search result until you want them to. So the controls stay with you!
10. I forgot my password What do i do ?
→ You Can Select Forget Password Link on Login Page it will help you reset your password. OR You can contact our customer care team through phone /live chat and email immediately. We shall immediately send a reset link to your registered email id.
