A crane overturned from a trailer on 14th Jan, 2020 in Port Everglades, Florida, while being loaded/unloaded.

The crane, a two axle Tadano Rough Terrain, was on the lowboy before raising its boom to around 45 to 55 degrees. It seems the trailer suspension compressed/subsided on one side causing the crane to tip onto its side. The police say that around 200 litres of diesel was spilled, but was contained and cleaned up relatively quickly.
The crane operator, 46, was injured and taken to hospital, but we understand that his injuries are “not too serious”. No-one else was involved in the incident and damage was limited to the crane, and possibly the trailer.
