Russian crane service provider M-Kran has placed an order with Terex Cranes for a Demag CC 8800-1 lattice boom crawler crane with a Boom Booster Kit.
According to Terex, in its standard configuration the Demag CC 8800-1 crawler crane has a maximum capacity of 1,600 tonnes (1760 US tons) and a maximum tip/sheave height of 216 metres (709 feet). However, Terex said that the Boom Booster Kit can extend the crane’s lift capacities by up to 90 percent.
